Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure a comprehensive, patient-centered approach
• Guide Patients and Their Families: Provide education on therapy methods to empower patients and support their progress at home
• Track and Document Outcomes: Monitor clinical progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on the path to recovery

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Encouragement and support for continued education or post-graduate certifications

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
