  • Deliver individualized speech therapy sessions emphasizing aspects such as language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and family members to create seamless care frameworks.
  • Provide educational resources and support to patients and their families to sustain progress beyond clinical environments.
  • Engage in occasional inpatient evaluations and therapy interventions, ensuring consistent care throughout the healing process.
  • Accurately maintain documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations.
  • Pursue continuous professional growth through ongoing education and collaboration with peers.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) prior to obtaining ASHA certification is expected.

Licenses and Certifications

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be completed within your first month of employment.
