- Implement one-on-one speech therapy sessions focusing on various aspects including communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.
- Collaborate seamlessly with an interdisciplinary team of physical and occupational therapists, physicians, nurses, families, and caregivers to devise unified treatment strategies.
- Provide educational resources and guidance to patients and their families to encourage progress beyond clinical settings.
- Assist in inpatient assessments and therapy interventions occasionally to ensure consistent care throughout the patients recovery process.
- Maintain precise records in alignment with state, federal, and institutional regulations.

Education
- A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
- Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet certified by ASHA.
Certifications
- State license as a licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
- CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA is preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
