Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Engage actively with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to ensure a well-rounded, holistic approach to care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers in therapy techniques to support ongoing progress in their everyday lives.
• Document and Monitor Progress: Regularly evaluate clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective patient progress.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Encouragement and support for continuing education or advanced certifications.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
