Job Role

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and create personalized therapy strategies to help them attain their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to bolster patients motor abilities, cognitive function, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical practitioners, and nurses to deliver inclusive and holistic care
• Guide Patients and Their Families: Instruct patients and their caregivers on therapeutic techniques to encourage continuous progress at home
• Monitor and Record Progress: Evaluate clinical results and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on their path to recovery

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Licenses/Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
