• Track Progress and Adapt Plans: Monitor clinical progress and modify treatment strategies, ensuring that patients remain on their path to success.

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education or postgraduate certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
