Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept):

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist on our Float Pool, youll be the go-to respiratory care expert providing lifesaving treatments, mentoring the next generation, educating patients and families, and partnering with multidisciplinary teams to create stellar care plans.

Youll rock at:

  • Delivering complex respiratory care, especially in high-stakes critical care settings.

  • Leading patient and family education with empathy and clarity.

  • Coaching and supporting new staff and students to grow professionally.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Graduation from an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary program required (Bachelors preferred)

  • Current RRT license required.

  • BLS from AHA required.

  • ACLS required.

  • NRP preferred

  • PALS preferred

  • At least 3 years of hands-on respiratory therapy experience you know your stuff.

  • Sharp critical thinking, top-notch communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare teams.

  • Provide outstanding patient assessments, education, and documentation with heart.

  • Manage ventilators, deliver therapies, assist in invasive procedures, and lead safety initiatives.
