CJ Physical Therapy & Pilates is a fast-growing, 100% cash-based practice in downtown Portsmouth, NH. We help adults 40+ stay mobile, active, and pain-free - without relying on medications, procedures, or surgeries. We specialize in Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (MDT), Pilates-based rehab, and cutting-edge regenerative therapies like Shockwave and EMTT.

This Role Is For You If:
+ Youre a self-starter who takes ownership of your work and results

What You'll Be Doing:
+ Treating clients 1-on-1 using MDT principles (training provided + generous con-ed allowance toward courses)
+ Creating personalized, movement-based plans of care
+ Integrating complementary tools like Pilates, dry needling, and regenerative therapies
+ Collaborating with teammates and supporting whole-body wellness
+ Participating in occasional off-site events and workshops
What We're Looking For:
+ NH Licensed Physical Therapist
+ Strong interest in the McKenzie Method (MDT) and client education
+ Pilates or dry needling experience a plus
+ Excellent communicator and trusted listener
+ Accountable, coachable, and passionate about the profession
+ Someone looking to grow with us!
Compensation & Perks:
+ Salary range: $50-60/hour depending on experience, certifications, con-ed
+ Paid time off between Christmas and New Years (we are close down that week)
+ Leadership and career advancement opportunities
