Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students in Queen Creek, AZ. This is a contract position for the upcoming school year, providing specialized care within an educational setting. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students presenting with speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs Provide targeted therapy sessions to address speech and language objectives Carefully monitor and document progress to track outcomes and modify plans as necessary Collaborate effectively with teachers, counselors, and other professionals to ensure integrated, multidisciplinary support Engage families by educating and involving them in the therapy process to maximize student success Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice in Arizona Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations is highly desired Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology in the respective state is required This role provides the opportunity to make a significant impact on children's communication skills while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
