Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a K-12 school setting in Millersville, Pennsylvania, covering an approximately 11-week leave assignment from August 25, 2025, to November 7, 2025. The role involves providing speech and language services across an elementary and a middle school, managing a caseload of about 50 students. Responsibilities: Conduct initial and re-evaluations to assess speech and language needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals. Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and group settings. Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and participate actively in IEP meetings. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology license. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are also encouraged to apply. Excellent organizational skills with strong communication abilities. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary school team.
