Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year, specializing in 1:1 support. This contract position begins August 1, 2025, and continues through May 22, 2026, working a full 40-hour week. Location Details: Primarily serving elementary school students with potential assignments at a middle school. Positions based in Fort Hood, Texas. May involve working across multiple school sites, schedules and locations to be confirmed. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services to pediatric students. Assess, plan, and implement therapy programs tailored to each child's unique needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress and communicate goals. Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress reports in compliance with educational standards. Provide 1:1 therapeutic support ensuring positive developmental outcomes. Qualifications and Experience: Current licensure or certification as an SLP or SLPA. Experience working with pediatric populations in educational settings preferred. Strong knowledge of pediatric speech and language development and therapy techniques. Ability to work effectively in both elementary and middle school environments.
