A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year in an elementary setting located in Coventry, RI. This contract role is a full school year backfill position, ideal for professionals seeking hands-on experience within a supportive educational environment.

Qualified candidates will work collaboratively with school staff to support students' communication development and address speech and language needs to help enhance academic success and social interaction.

Key Qualifications:

Certificate of Clinical Competence for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) preferred

Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates are welcome; supervisory support available

Experience or interest in a school-based setting is desired

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Location:

Elementary school setting in Coventry, Rhode Island

Position Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments, screenings, and evaluations

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs

Deliver direct therapy services to students with speech and language impairments
