Conduct formal evaluations, developing a treatment plan based on findings and diagnosis to include measurable goals and objectives. Provide necessary treatment or interventions including but not limited to: gait training, ambulation, endurance strengthening, wheelchair mobility, body mechanics, transfer techniques, ultrasound and aquatic therapy. Provide the Administrator with timely, accurate and complete documentation of evaluations, progress notes and recommendations to Team Conference and patient charges. Looking for a Travel candidate for a position in Roswell, NM.
