Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Everett and Renton, WA . The ideal candidate will provide high-quality physical therapy services with minimal supervision, develop personalized treatment plans, supervise support staff, and maintain strong relationships with patients and facility teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled physical therapy services in accordance with Washington state laws and VibrantCare policies.
- Evaluate patients and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and progress.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and facility staff.
- Participate in facility meetings and contribute to center operations.
- Complete required compliance and safety training (Medicare, OSHA, etc.).
- Maintain current CPR certification and complete continuing education as required.
Additional Duties:
- Manage time efficiently to meet productivity goals.
- Present clinical in-services and stay updated on healthcare trends.
- Support center operations and participate in special projects as needed.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective clinical problem-solving and decision-making.
- Clear communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with clinical software and reporting tools.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist patients safely.
- Frequent walking, bending, standing, and reaching.
- Visual and auditory acuity for patient care and communication.
- Fine motor skills for documentation and equipment handling.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program (or equivalent for international candidates).
- Current Washington state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Valid CPR certification.
