Travel Physical Therapist - Acute Care Hospital

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with 2 years of acute care and adult rehab experience for a day shift position in an acute care hospital setting.

• Work in an acute care hospital physical therapy unit with a 13-week contract
• Day shifts, 8am to 4:30pm, with some Saturdays required (4 per 13-week contract)
• Patient population includes geriatrics, orthopedics, and pediatrics
• Meditech used for charting, Epic experience preferred but not required
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Training on charting systems provided during orientation
• Some flexibility for local candidates on a case by case basis
• All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application

• Valid state Physical Therapist license required at time of consideration; license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in acute care and adult rehabilitation settings
• BLS certification required
• References required for consideration
• Experience with Meditech EMR preferred; Epic experience a plus
