Physical Therapist

Join our dynamic rehabilitation team providing high-quality care across both inpatient and outpatient settings. You'll work closely with patients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to promote mobility, function, and independence. In the inpatient setting, you'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients through acute recovery. In the outpatient clinic, you'll guide individuals through progressive rehab programs tailored to long-term functional goals. This hybrid role offers variety, autonomy, and meaningful patient relationships throughout the continuum of care.

• Evaluating and treating patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments
• Developing goal-driven care plans to support physical recovery and independence
• Communicating progress and collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other providers
• Educating patients and families to support self-management and long-term wellness
• Documenting evaluations, treatments, and outcomes according to regulatory standards

• Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate)
• Current Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Flexibility to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills with a patient-first mindset
