• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work alongside occupational and physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to provide care that is comprehensive and well-rounded.
• Educate Patients and Families: Inform patients and caregivers on therapy methods to assist with continued progress beyond the clinical setting.
• Monitor and Document Progress: Continuously evaluate clinical outcomes, refining treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on track.

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education and post-graduate certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
