Job Responsibilities

• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based methodologies to enhance patients motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily life skills.
• Collaborate within Interdisciplinary Teams: Engage with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to deliver holistic and inclusive care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their caregivers about therapy techniques that encourage continued progress outside of clinical settings.
• Monitor Progress and Document Outcomes: Track clinical developments and adapt treatment approaches as necessary to keep patients on track toward their goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school
• Encouraged participation in ongoing education and advanced certifications

Required Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is mandated
