Manager Respiratory Care

Responsible to lead the department by routinely demonstrating our Values and Promise in their daily decisions/actions to assist with the extension of our Mission. Organizes, plans, directs, and evaluates assigned services and projects to meet current and future caregiver, clinical and operational needs. Collaboratively with the ministry/regional Core Leader, the Manager of Respiratory is responsible for the leading the department by planning, development, implementation, managing, and control of the provision of comprehensive, safe, efficient, and high-quality respiratory services for all patient populations including infant, adolescent, adult, and geriatric.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Within specialty or Healthcare Administration, or to be completed within 12 months of hire.

• upon hire: California Respiratory Care Practitioner License. Or
• upon hire: California Temporary Respiratory Care Practitioner.
• upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• upon hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association.
• upon hire: National Provider PALS - American Heart Association.
• 5 years Clinical critical care experience.
• 3 years Supervisory experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's Degree.

• upon hire: Provider Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - American Academy of Pediatrics
