Biola University Adjunct Professor of Music Therapy. The Conservatory of Music in the School of Fine Arts and Communication in La Mirada, CA, seeks to fill an adjunct position for a professor of music therapy. This position will be appointed as needed with the opportunity to teach a variety of classes during Fall and/or Spring semesters (or as needed).

Primary responsibilities will include teaching undergraduate music therapy courses focused on clinical and therapeutic skills and research methods. If qualified, the individual may also have the opportunity to supervise undergraduate clinical sessions.
Requirements:
Minimum qualifications:
Master's degree in music;
Board-certified music therapist;
Three years full-time clinical music therapy experience;
Experience teaching and/or supervising music therapy students; and
Alignment with mission and vision of Biola University
Preferred qualifications:
More than 5 years of full-time clinical music therapy experience;
Clinical experience in a variety of settings
Strong musicianship skills;
Experience with community engagement; and
College teaching experience
