Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapist

Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist and Make a Difference in Lives

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist with our organization, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve optimal physical function, mobility, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify areas of need and develop personalized treatment plans

Design and implement evidence-based exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and range of motion

Provide manual therapy techniques, including joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, and muscle energy techniques

Educate patients on proper body mechanics, posture, and movement techniques to prevent future injuries

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals

Develop and maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and professional development

Requirements:

Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment

Minimum 1 year of experience in physical therapy practice

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in electronic medical records and other software applications
