Category Schools - Audiologist Job Type Contract An opportunity is available for a qualified Audiologist to provide services in a K-12 school setting in Gooding, ID. This contract position spans the full school year and focuses on supporting students' hearing health and communication needs within an educational environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct hearing assessments and screenings for students across K-12 grades Identify, diagnose, and manage auditory disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and parents Provide counseling and education on hearing conservation and communication strategies Maintain accurate records and reports of audiological evaluations and interventions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students' academic success and well-being Desired Qualifications: Master's or Doctorate degree in Audiology from an accredited program State licensure or certification as required for practice Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in educational settings Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, staff, and families Knowledge of relevant audiological equipment and technology Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Location: Gooding, Idaho This position offers a meaningful chance to make a positive impact on the learning experience of students by addressing their hearing needs in a school context.
