Physical Therapist-Outpatient

Physical Therapist:

An excellent healthcare facility outside of the Enterprise, Nevada , area is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join their team!

Pay: $34.00-$42.50/hour

Physical Therapist Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Schedule: day shift, 5-8’s or 4-10’s
• Setting: Outpatient
• Relocation assistance is available on a case-by-case basis

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Complete patient assessments to develop and implement an individualized care plan
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the patient, family, and care team
• Provide skilled, goal-oriented physical therapy while maintaining an ongoing assessment of the patient to make any changes to the care plan as necessary
• Maintain all records and reports per regulatory guidelines and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctorate-level program in Physical Therapy
• BLS Certification
• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Open to new grads
