Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract ob Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-Time | Silverdale, WA | 2025-26 School Year Job Description: The school district in Silverdale, Washington is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-person services during the 2025-26 school year . This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with caseloads typically in the mid-50s, up to 60 students. The OT will support students across elementary and middle school settings. Position Details: Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week Setting: In-person only (no VOCO/virtual work accepted) Caseload: Up to 60 students, typically mid-50s Schools: Assignment at either two schools (one elementary and one middle school) or three schools (two smaller elementary schools and one middle school) Support: Approximately 1.5 days (or more) of COTA support weekly Caseload Notes: Middle school students are usually seen less frequently (about 1-2 times per month), so caseload numbers are weighted more as workload than direct service minutes. Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy evaluations and direct treatment services Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with school teams Complete documentation, progress reports, and IEP participation Collaborate with educators, families, and other team members Supervise and collaborate with COTA support staff Requirements: Valid Washington State OT license Experience working in school-based settings preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work onsite in Silverdale, WA (no virtual work)
