Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Kansas City, MO | Full-Time | 2025-2026 School Year Soliant is seeking a flexible, collaborative, and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dynamic school district team in Kansas City, Missouri , for the 2025-2026 school year . Position Details: Start Date: August 18, 2025 End Date: May 22, 2026 Schedule: Full Time, 37.5 hours/week Location: Multiple schools within the district (travel within the district required) Caseload Rotation (Subject to Change): August-September: High School & Early Childhood October-January: Early Childhood February-March: Elementary April-May: Primarily Elementary This position provides rotational coverage for SLPs on FMLA leave, supporting a variety of student populations across age groups and programs. The role includes both therapy services and evaluations. Typical Caseloads: High School: 25-35 students Early Childhood: ~25 students Elementary: 25-35 students Caseloads include typical speech/language therapy and case-managed students, many of whom are served in specialized programs (e.g., Autism support) AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) experience is helpful Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Missouri SLP license or eligibility ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs considered with appropriate supervision structure) School-based experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ready to Apply?
