Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supports and promotes the mission and values of Covenant Health Ministry
Completes documentation and submits charges to support treatment.
Complies with laws and regulations of appropriate state and federal agencies as well as DNV guidelines.
Follows plan of care established by supervising occupational therapist
Assesses patient response to treatment and modifying treatment as needed
Demonstrates proficiency andpetency in clinical care in primary work area
s changes in patient status to team members as appropriate
Participates in discharge planning of patients including provision of documentation supporting any additional discharge needs
Actively participates in a patient and family education process
Complies with departmental policies for documentation and charge entry
Complies with allanizational policies and procedures
Meets departmental productivity standards
Assumes other duties as consistent with this role
Rehab/IP: Interacts regularly with others involved in the patient's care to incorporate an interdisciplinary treatment approach for coordinated quality care
