The position is structured as a contract role through the school year, focusing on delivering personalized therapy to support students' developmental and educational success. Responsibilities include delivering occupational therapy services both in-person and via teletherapy, collaborating with educators and families to address students' individual needs, and contributing to the development and implementation of therapy plans. The therapist will work approximately 14 hours weekly, spread over two days, managing a caseload currently estimated at 20-25 students, with flexibility as enrollment progresses. Key qualifications and experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in home health, healthcare, and teletherapy. Proven background in school-based therapy programs, particularly within K-8 environments. Ability to assess and provide therapy for a diverse student population. Strong communication skills for interacting with students, families, and educational staff. Comfort adapting to fluctuating caseload and balancing in-person and remote therapy delivery.
