Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Norfolk, Virgina Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students overcome communication challenges and promoting language development. Responsibilities: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational professionals.

Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team.

Evaluate the communication skills of referred students and diagnose speech and/or language disorders.

Perform evaluations on referred students and make treatment recommendations.

Offer support and training to teachers for classroom communication.

Requirements: Master's or Doctorate Degree in Communication and Sciences Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology

Active SLP License

Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
