Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Job Description: The Castle Rock School District is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for the full school year. This role can be either part-time or full-time depending on candidate availability and district needs. The position requires working onsite or in a hybrid setting , with no virtual (VOCO) work permitted. Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy evaluations, treatment, and interventions for students Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals Participate in IEP meetings and complete necessary documentation and progress reports Adapt therapy techniques to in-person and hybrid learning environments as needed Requirements: Valid Washington State OT license Experience working in school settings preferred Ability to work onsite in Castle Rock, WA (no remote work) Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
