X-Ray Supervisor - Olympia Orthopaedic Associates

Location: Olympia, WA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $87,000 - $122,000 per year

(pay is determined based on years of experience)

Summary of benefits:

X-Ray Supervisor Job Duties: The X-Ray Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of the X-Ray Department across all clinic locations. Along with standard X-Ray Technologist duties, this role provides direct supervision to the radiologic technologist team, ensures consistent standards across sites, and promotes regulatory compliance, clinical quality, and staff development. The X-Ray Supervisor will serve as a key liaison between radiology staff and clinic leadership and will maintain technologist responsibilities as needed to support operations.

X-Ray Supervisor Job Requirements:

  • Completion of an ARRT-accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Active ARRT certification and Washington State Radiologic Technologist license.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an X-Ray Technologist.
  • Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a multi-site or high-volume orthopedic or surgical specialty practice preferred.
