A Bay Area school district is seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team. This role primarily serves students from Pre-K through elementary grades. The district currently employs 12 virtual therapists but is looking to transition these roles to onsite services. Candidates must be available for in-person work, as virtual services are not an option. Assignment Details: Location: Bay Area, California Position Type: Full-time or Part-time Grade Levels: Primarily Pre-K to Elementary students Service Model: Onsite only (no virtual) Current Staffing: District transitioning from 12 virtual therapists to onsite Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations and screenings for referred students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and legal requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress monitoring Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid California SLP license or eligibility Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status Experience working with young children, especially in school settings, preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to onsite service delivery
