Full-Time Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehab | Tobyhanna Township
A well-established outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Tobyhanna Township, PA is actively seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-acuity setting alongside a nationally recognized Hand Surgeon whose clientele includes professional athletes.
Highlights:
Outpatient setting - focus on orthopedics and hand therapy
Opportunity to train in hand therapy; hand certification preferred but not required

Schedule:
Monday through Friday (No weekends)
Compensation:
Starting salary at $81,536/year

Position Summary:
As a Physical Therapist, you'll assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients recovering from injury or surgery, helping them regain function, prevent disability, and improve quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and create goal-oriented care plans
Deliver evidence-based interventions and manual therapy
Communicate progress to referring physicians and care team
Provide supervision to support staff as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Current PA PT license or eligible upon hire
BLS certification through the American Heart Association
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Interest or experience in hand therapy a plus
