Due to growth, Fitness for Health is now hiring a creative, high energy Physical Therapist Assistant to join the team at a state-of-the-art rehabilitation clinic in Rockville. Caseload / Patient Population:
The Physical Therapist Assistant hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages. Approximately 80% of the caseload is pediatrics and 20% adults. Bring your passion and specialty to join the winning team!
Full-time PTAs should expect to complete 30 hours of direct patient care per week, with 10 hours of dedicated time allotted for notes, calls, and other duties as needed.
What You Will Do:
Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans
Work with patients using advanced therapeutic equipment and technology
Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Provide hands-on patient care with creativity and enthusiasm
Collaborate with our healthcare team
Maintain accurate documentation using our digital systems
Clinic Hours:
The clinic is open 7 days a week. Typical schedules for full-time clinicians run Sunday-Thursday 10a-7p, or Tuesday-Saturday 10a-7p. There is flexibility based on your availability.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this full-time position will start in the ballpark of $30-$45 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
Fitness for Health offers benefits for full-time employees including health insurance, vacation time, and continuing education allowances.
Job Requirements:
Eligible for MD state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant. ? High energy and creative personality - we want someone who brings ? enthusiasm to work every day
Ability to work one weekend day a week

Previous experience is preferred.
