We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Internal Traveler to support our teams by covering clinician leaves in the Barnstable region of Massachusetts and surrounding areas with additional compensation for travel exceeding the standard requirements. This is a unique opportunity for a PTA with a minimum of 1 year of Home Care experience that enjoys variety, autonomy, and the ability to serve multiple communities.

Your Role as an Internal Traveler Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - Internal Traveler:

• Travel between patient locations within the designated service area to provide coverage for clinician leaves.
• Provide physical therapy treatments to individuals in their homes as directed by the supervising PT.
• Monitor patients progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and activities to promote recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to ensure high-quality patient care.
