We're lookin for a licensed occupational therapist with qualifications such as a degree in Occupational Therapy, creativity, and experience in senior living or healthcare setting to service ALFs with home health, outpatient, and private pay services.

Minimum qualifications:
- MN Occupational Therapist license
- Two years of experience as an OTR
- Proven positive skills in working successfully with a team or independently
- Diverse background in clinical experiences and training with the senior population
- Creative, proven communication skills and the ability to prioritize and organize
- High degree of self-motivation and commitment to the patients we serve
- Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems
- Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships
Licenses & Certifications:
- Registration in the State of Minnesota required
- BLS Certified; or within 3 months of hire
