This full-time, contract position spans the current school year, from August 20 to May 29, and is based in Joliet, IL. The role involves managing a caseload of approximately 25-30 students, aged 3 to 5 years, focusing on early childhood speech and language development. Daily working hours are from 8:00 AM to 3:10 PM, aligning with the academic schedule to effectively collaborate with educators and families. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services tailored to young children's developmental needs. Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment strategies in accordance with best practice standards. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports. Engage with parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student development. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist License. Professional Educator License (PEL) certification. Experience or familiarity with pediatric speech-language pathology and school-based settings is preferred. Compensation and Benefits: This is a W-2 contract position offering guaranteed weekly pay ranging from $35 to $60 per hour.
