1:1 Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Fort Hood, Texas

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A contract opportunity is available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) to provide 1:1 pediatric services within elementary and middle school settings. The position is scheduled from August 1, 2025, to May 22, 2026, with a 40-hour workweek. Location: Fort Hood, TX

Assignment: Elementary and one middle school

Duration: August 1, 2025 - May 22, 2026

Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Positions Available: 2 SLPs and 2 SLPAs

Possible multiple locations (to be determined) Responsibilities: Deliver individualized speech therapy services to pediatric students in 1:1 sessions Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student communication goals Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports consistent with state and federal guidelines Participate in meetings and professional development as required Qualifications: Valid SLP or SLPA certification/licensure in accordance with state requirements Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage caseload efficiently and work as part of a multidisciplinary team This contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to student success in a supportive educational environment.
