A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at an elementary school in Lacey, WA for the upcoming school year under a contract arrangement. This role involves providing specialized speech and language support to an elementary-aged student caseload of approximately 55-60 children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student communication goals
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs)

Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington State Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) credential
  • Washington State Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
  • Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, including school-age populations
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
  • Skills in teletherapy services are a plus but not required

Work Schedule:

  • 35 hours per week
  • 5 days per week during the school year
