A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with credentials in California is needed for a contract position in Santa Clarita, CA, serving K-6 students with mixed disabilities. This role involves itinerant services covering multiple schools with a focus on providing both direct and indirect speech therapy.

Key Qualifications:

  • Possession of a California SLP License or California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) certification.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, including SLPs with a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • Familiarity with school-based speech-language pathology, including knowledge of healthcare and pediatric settings.
  • Ability to conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver speech therapy in compliance with special education regulations.
  • Capacity to manage a caseload under a district caseload cap model.

Location and Schedule:

  • 37.5 hours per week during the 2025-2026 school year (SY).
  • Position is contract-based with paid travel among assigned schools.
