Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations and screenings for students
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide direct speech therapy services to students via telepractice
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with Arkansas state regulations and IDEA guidelines
Qualifications:
Valid Arkansas license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Experience working with school-aged children preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to use teletherapy platforms and technology (if remote/hybrid)
