• POSITION INFORMATION

• Position summary:

• The Registered Respiratory Therapist performs respiratory in all settings within the Health Center. This includes aerosol therapy, airway clearance, and blood gas analysis, Endotracheal intubation, and ventilator management.

• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Education:

• High school diploma and an Associate's Degree in Applied Science with a major in respiratory care.

• Required length and type of experience:

• Clinical experience during respiratory care training.

• Required licensure, certification or registry:

• Credentialed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Must hold a valid Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License issued by the Ohio Respiratory Care Board.
