Summary The CARE Center serves as a training and educational facility for students within the clinical practicum and internship counseling and school psychology programs; while promoting individual and family wellness from a holistic perspective. The Clinical Services Coordinator of the CARE Center works in an increasingly multi-tasked environment to coordinate high-quality Counseling, Assessment, Research and Educational Services. The Clinical Services Coordinator conducts training, presentations and orientation sessions to students, graduate assistants, and clinical faculty that rotate within the CARE Center. The Clinical Services Coordinator supervises its assigned graduate assistants; and assists the CARE Center Director in increasing the center's visibility through collaborative partnerships This is an In-person position. Essential Functions Coordinate high-quality Counseling, Assessment, Research and Educational Services: a) Assist CARE Center Director in maintaining the most updated CARE Center Policies, Procedures and Protocols. b) Assist CARE Center Director in coordintaing Mandatory Clinical Practicum/Internship Orientation for clinical school psychology and counseling cohorts at the beginning of every semester. c) Ensure that CARE Center has appropriate and most updated clinical and administrative forms. d) Train and Supervise CARE Center Graduate Assistants ensuring compliance with University and CARE Center policies and procedures. e) Schedule, conduct intakes, obtain payments from clients for CARE Center services. f) Coordinate and Maintain CARE Center physical space, and audio & video equipment (for in-person and telehealth Services). g) Ensure that all Clinical Practicum and Internship Students within Counseling and School Psychology programs have completed all required trainings prior to the commencement of each semester. h) Facilitate CARE Center staff meetings that include agenda, incident reports, and updates. i) Participate in Clinic Oversight Committee meeting (a minimum of 2xs annually) and other meetings as directed by the CARE Center Director. j) Interface with Adrian Dominican School of Education, Leadership and Human Development faculty, staff and adjuncts. Assist in development and management of CARE Center reports and budgets: a) Accounting of income, expenditures, and cash flow. b) Prepare Monthly Financial reports, as required, by the CARE Center Director to submit to ADSOE's Budget Manager and University Clinic Administrator. c) Prepare and deliver monthly invoices to the CARE Center Director for active partnerships that have contracted with the CARE Center for its services (Counseling, Assessments, Research, Education). d) Prepare Client Compliance reports and deliver to CARE Center referral sources ie. Family Court Services. e) Assist CARE Center Director in obtaining and compiling information needed for CARE Center Advisory Committee, Dean Advisory Council, Clinic Oversight Committee reports. Develop and Maintain CARE Center digital systems: a) Develop, maintain, and train others on digital database system that contain client documents. b) Develop and maintain a digital file that includes all training, audio/visual material, resources, documents, protocols, policies, and procedures etc., to be readily accessible to clinical faculty and students. c) Audit client (Counseling and school psychology) case files for compliance with HIPAA, CACREP, NASP, and other governing bodies. Increase CARE Center Visibility: a) Participate in promotional Center events and Community partnership meetings as needed. b) Assist director in ensuring all CARE Center promotional material is updated and is available for distribution. c) Respond to CARE Center related queries and direct as appropriate to the CARE Center Director.
