We're looking for a full-time PTA to provide care across two close-knit senior-living communities-but here's the catch: you'll only be at one site per day. That means more consistency, better patient relationships, and zero location hopping mid-shift.

Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

• Team up with Physical Therapists to bring personalized care plans to life

• Support older adults on their journey to independence and better mobility

• Document progress, meet productivity goals, and be a key part of an interdisciplinary team

• Be more than just a clinician-become a trusted partner to your patients and their families

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program

• Valid or pending (for new grads!) state license

• Rehab, LTC, or acute experience is great-but not required. We support your growth.
