• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and craft customized treatment plans
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care using evidence-based practices and clinical reasoning
• Collaborate closely with referring physicians, case managers, and families
• Educate patients and caregivers on wellness strategies, recovery expectations, and self-care
• Document progress with precision and clarity to support continuity of care
• Mentor peers or new grads and engage in ongoing clinical development

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Masters in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program

Licensure & Certifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Current CPR/BLS certification
