Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Auburn, NY

A K-12 school in Newark, NY, is seeking three Speech Language Pathologists for the 2025-2026 school year contract. This position offers a caseload that includes students with mild to severe disabilities such as Autism, cognitive delays, emotional disturbances, and Down Syndrome, providing a dynamic and rewarding environment to apply your expertise.

Qualifications:

• Valid New York State SLP license
• Active TSSLD certification
• Experience in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology
• Ability to manage diverse caseloads, including teletherapy proficiency is a plus
• Familiarity with interventions for mild to severe disabilities in school-age children

Location and Schedule:

• Location: Newark, NY
• Hours: 33.75 hours per week
• Contract duration: September 3, 2025 June 26, 2026 (25/26 school year)
• Grade levels served: K-12

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to students with a variety of speech and language impairments
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
