Job Description
  • Craft Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess each patients unique needs and design tailored therapy strategies that empower them toward achieving their goals.
  • Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based approaches to improve patients motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily activities.
  • Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Engage closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide integrated, comprehensive care.
  • Guide Patients and Families: Teach patients and their families the necessary techniques to continue their progress at home.
  • Track and Adapt Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to help patients stay motivated and successful.
Education
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
  • Encouragement for continuing education and additional certifications.
Certifications
  • Active and valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
  • Certification from the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is required.
