• Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide well-rounded, holistic patient care
• Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their families on effective therapy techniques to support continuous progress outside of therapy sessions
• Track and Review Progress: Document clinical outcomes meticulously and adapt treatment strategies as required to ensure patients remain on the right path

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Encouraged participation in continuing education and post-graduate certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
