Soliant is seeking two qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a team for the 2025-2026 school year in Hayward, CA. These are full-time, onsite positions supporting students across no more than two campuses per SLP. Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students with a variety of needs Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff Caseload Details: Full-time (37.5 hours/week) Assigned to no more than two school campuses Caseload includes students with multiple and diverse needs No virtual or teletherapy (Voco) options available - onsite only Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current CA SLP license or eligibility ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred School-based experience strongly preferred If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of students and are looking for a rewarding, full-time school-based SLP position, we encourage you to apply!
