Your Role: As a School-Based Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in helping students overcome challenges and develop the skills they need to succeed in both school and life. Your responsibilities will include: IEP Services: Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized therapy goals as part of the IEP process. Direct Therapy: Deliver hands-on therapy for students with fine/gross motor, sensory, or developmental needs. Assessments & Reports: Conduct evaluations and provide detailed progress updates. Collaborative Support: Partner with teachers, parents, and other staff to integrate strategies into students' daily routines. Documentation: Maintain accurate records in full compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
