Responsibilities As a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) , you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve. Create customized, patient-centered therapy plans Collaborate with OTAs and interdisciplinary team members to execute care Guide patients on their journey to improved function and daily independence Maintain documentation and productivity standards while focusing on outcomes that matter Qualifications Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Valid state OT license Flexibility to work weekdays and/or weekends as needed Experience in rehab, acute, or long-term care is greatbut not required.
